Cancellation Return & Refund Policy

At MyOrderStore, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions for returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Window — 7 Days

Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of delivery.

Return requests submitted after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.


2. Eligible Return Reasons

Customers may return products within the 7-day return window for the following reasons:

  • Product is defective
  • Product is dead on arrival (DOA)
  • Wrong product has been delivered
  • Product is physically damaged during delivery
  • Customer received an incorrect item
  • Product does not meet customer expectations

This ensures compliance with Google Merchant Center return policy requirements.


3. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and uninstalled
  • Product must be returned in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice must be included
  • Serial numbers and manufacturer seals must be intact

Returns are subject to inspection and approval.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Products that have been used, installed, or physically altered
  • Opened or used consumables
  • Software or digital products once activated
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

5. Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping policy:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • If the return reason is due to a defective or wrong product, return shipping will be arranged by MyOrderStore at no additional cost

6. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

Refund will be processed if:

  • Product is returned within the return window
  • Product meets return eligibility conditions

Refund details:

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after approval
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

7. Replacement Policy

Replacement may be provided instead of a refund in the following cases:

  • Product is defective
  • Product is damaged during delivery
  • Wrong product has been delivered

Replacement will be processed after product inspection and approval.


8. How to Request a Return

9. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Cancellation is not allowed:

  • After dispatch or shipment initiation
  • During promotional or special sale periods
  • For special order or non-stock items

10. Manufacturer Warranty

Products covered under manufacturer warranty must be serviced directly through the respective manufacturer’s authorized service center according to their warranty terms.
