Cancellation Return & Refund Policy

At MyOrderStore (GRANIA COMPUTERS), we are committed to providing a transparent and fair shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Standard Return Policy (Online Orders)

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

Return shipping charges are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, dead on arrival (DOA), or incorrectly supplied.

Products must be unused, uninstalled, unworn, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Refunds are processed within 15 days after approval of the return.

2. Return Eligibility – Defective / Incorrect Products

A return or replacement may be requested if:

  • The product delivered is damaged

  • The wrong product has been delivered

  • The product is dead on arrival (DOA)

  • The product is defective

The return request must be raised within 10 days of delivery.

If the product seal is opened and the product is found to be non-faulty after inspection, return or refund will not be applicable under defective claims.

3. Non-Defective Product Returns

Non-defective product returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, uninstalled, and unworn

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice must be intact

  • Product must be in resalable condition

Return approval is subject to inspection after receipt.

Non-Returnable Items (If Non-Defective)

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

  • Opened or activated software

  • Used accessories

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Any product marked as non-returnable on the product page

4. Return Shipping Policy

For approved returns:

  • Customers must send the product via courier or registered mail.

  • Products must be securely packed to prevent transit damage.

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly supplied product.

Our online return policy aligns with our physical store return policy.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refund processing time: Up to 15 days from approval date.

Refund method:

  • Online payments → Refunded to the original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) / Bank Transfer → Refunded to the customer’s bank account

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to seller error.

6. Return Request Process

To request a return, refund, or cancellation, customers must submit a request through:

Requests submitted outside this process may not be considered.

Issues such as “product not as described” must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been dispatched.

Cancellation is not allowed:

  • After dispatch or shipping initiation

  • For Same Day Delivery orders

  • During special promotional or festive offers

  • For pre-order items (unless defective upon delivery)

8. Manufacturer Warranty

Products covered under manufacturer warranty must be serviced directly through the respective manufacturer’s service center, as per their warranty terms.

9. Return Address

All returns must be sent only after approval from customer support.
