The refund on Partial COD orders is not applicable. After delivery of the shipment and once we have received the balance amount, you are eligible for our general returns and refund policy; charges for returns are applicable.
1. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location and product availability.
2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Partial COD on selected products. An advance payment is required to confirm the order. The advance payment for Partial COD is non-refundable.
3. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, and partial COD where applicable.
4. Can I return a product?
Yes, returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for eligible products, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Yes, opened software, used accessories, clearance items, and certain special products may not be eligible for return.

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use that link to track your shipment.
8. Do you provide a warranty on products?
