Cancellation, Return & Replacement Policy
At MyOrderStore (GRANIA COMPUTERS), we follow a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.
We offer replacement only in cases where the product is defective or an incorrect product has been delivered.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Return / No Refund Policy
All products sold on MyOrderStore are covered under a No Return and No Refund Policy.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Compatibility issues
- Incorrect selection by customer
- Price changes after purchase
- Performance expectations
- Non-defective products
Only replacement will be provided if the product is defective or the wrong product is delivered, subject to approval.
2. Replacement Eligibility (Defective or Wrong Product Only)
A replacement may be requested only if:
- The product delivered is defective
- The product is dead on arrival (DOA)
- The wrong product has been delivered
- The product is physically damaged during delivery
Replacement request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
After 7 days, no replacement, return, or refund will be accepted.
3. Mandatory Conditions for Replacement
To qualify for replacement:
- Product must be unused and uninstalled
- Product must be in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice must be included
- Serial number and seals must be intact
- Proper unboxing video may be required for verification (recommended)
If the product is tested and found non-defective, replacement will be rejected.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Situations
Replacement will not be provided in the following cases:
- Customer ordered the wrong product
- Product is incompatible with customer's system
- Minor scratches or cosmetic issues after use
- Opened or used consumables
- Software or digital products once activated
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
5. Replacement Shipping Policy
- Customers must notify support within 7 days
- Replacement will be processed only after inspection and approval
- If the issue is confirmed as seller error or defective product, replacement shipping will be arranged by us
- If the issue is not verified, the product will be returned to the customer
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, except:
- Product is out of stock after approval of replacement
- Replacement product is unavailable
In such cases, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Return / Replacement Request Process
To request a replacement, customers must submit a request through:

Requests submitted through other channels may not be accepted.
Issues such as damage, defect, or wrong product must be reported within 48–72 hours of delivery.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Cancellation is not allowed:
- After dispatch or shipment initiation
- For same-day delivery orders
- During promotional or special sale periods
- For special order or non-stock items
9. Manufacturer Warranty
Products covered under manufacturer warranty must be serviced directly through the respective manufacturer’s authorized service center as per their warranty terms.
